It has been a long time since my last post--9 months to be exact.  I am happy to say I am back in the game and ready to post new ideas, pictures, worksheets and I even have an item on TPT that goes with our Harcourt Storytown series.  I  must say a HUGE thank you to Melissa McMurray for helping me navagate the TPT site.  
My father passed away in August VERY unexpectantly.  If it was not for my great Family, Faith and wonderful Friends I am not sure how I would have made it through it all.   I am happy to be back on my computer and making different activities that will help my kiddos in daily activities.

New School Year!

It is hard to believe I am already getting my room together for another school year!  I always love to change things around and make my room inviting to all my new students.  Here is how I have changed my library.  I have added stuffed animals that the kids can read with also.  To help the kids put books back where they got them, I have painted large craft sticks in different colors so that they can hold the place they got a book from. The kids love the leappads and I get them from the thrift store or parents donate them to my classroom at the end of the year.
